Executive Coaching
Executive coaching is about moving individuals into behaviors that sustain both their careers and their nonprofit organizations. We have received many local and national awards for leadership and have unique qualifications to guide executives who need to grow their professional skills or are facing particular problems that need to be addressed.
We begin the coaching relationship with an in depth meeting to determine the needs of the executive. Together the coach and executive work out a plan that will provide specific deliverables that will be unique to your organization. We are able to provide many templates of organizational documents to our clients that they otherwise would be trying to create from scratch. With 20 years experience in non-profit management, we have previously dealt with most problems faced by current executives and are able to assist through a variety of situations that may confront you.
Most communication is done via email or phone conversations. For local organizations, we often meet twice a month in person and communicate via email or Skype as needed. For remote organizations, all communications can be handled via Skype, email and telephone. Executive Coaching is provided for a flat monthly fee for a flexible number of months depending on the individual needs of the executive.
